Artwork – Guidelines

Upload your artwork or Email artwork to szahm@oriondk.com. For files over 2MB, we request compressing the file. Please submit artwork as black and white vector art (line art) - this is preferred or as 100% black and white illustration saved as an .eps. Any text must be converted to curves. We cannot accept web-based graphics or low resolution scans. A 600 dpi scan, output as a black and white drawing (not "photograph"), is acceptable. Colors and grayscale artwork should not be sent Artwork that does not meet specifications will require editing and delay production. Artwork editing services are $75.00 per hour, with a $35.00 minimum. You will be notified when your artwork is submitted if it meets the above guidelines.

Copyright

Customer agrees to assume full legal responsibility for compliance related to copyright of artwork. Customer agrees to hold OrionDK Glass Creations harmless of any damage or expense that may arise as a result of copyright violations on artwork reproduced on your behalf.

Proofs

The customer is allowed up to two Proofs at no charge that will be faxed or emailed prior to production. Signed final proof approval is required before production. This protects both the customer and OrionDK Glass Creations from misunderstandings regarding the finished product. Additional proofs, if required, will be billed at $10.00 per proof.
OrionDK Glass creations will take great care in attempting to meet your requested delivery time. Please note that production and delivery may be affected by delays in final proof approval.

Delivery

Normal delivery is 5-10 business days for order up to 10 pieces, 10-14 days on orders of 11-20 pieces and 15-20 days on orders over 20 pieces. These delivery time estimates start AFTER final proof approval. Shipping is free on orders over $250.00 with the exception of Architectural and Interior Sign orders. These items require Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Freight shipping due to their size and weight. Freight quotes are available on request or the customer can arrange their own freight or local pickup. Rush ordering is available only on local or regional (Baltimore/ Washington DC corridor) orders. For 3 Day rush orders add $45.00 plus the expedited shipping.
